Our equipment includes 30 CNC lathes, 3 milling machines, 2 friction welding machines, 1 machining center, and 1 steel pipe upsetting machine. The housing of the pneumatic hand grinding machine uses aluminum alloy. It is formed in one process on a CNC lathe. This ensures handle comfort and machine durability. We hold 12 national utility model patents. The precision machining capabilities shown in our drill rod clamping tools and feeding devices also apply to pneumatic tool production. For standard products, we ask for 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. For custom products, we ask for 50% deposit and 50% balance. We offer discounts for large orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. We allow mixed orders. Different models or sizes can go in one order. For standard products, our delivery time is usually within one week. For custom products, the delivery time depends on the customer's drawings. We communicate with customers throughout production. This ensures we deliver on time. We send pictures for customer confirmation after production. Repeat orders have about the same delivery time as the first order.

 

We do not offer long-term warranties. The pneumatic hand grinding machine is a wear part. For special cases, we give fair compensation. If goods are damaged during transport, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. We support OEM orders. Customers can send drawings for production. Samples are available but not free. The minimum order quantity depends on the drawings. Customers can contact us online if they need to customize disc diameter or other parameters. We will evaluate the feasibility based on the requirements.
