■ Quzhou Shenjian Machinery Factory currently holds twelve valid utility model patents granted by the National Intellectual Property Administration. These patented technologies comprehensively cover the core domains of drill pipe manufacturing and processing, associated tooling, and drill rig components. Specifically, they encompass key technological areas such as drill pipe clamping fixtures, processing tooling, automated loading devices, progressive feeding mechanisms, welding clamping devices, processing and holding fixtures, feed and discharge equipment, length-adjustable drill pipes, drill rig adapter subs, heat treatment and quenching apparatuses for drill pipe joints, and external surface deburring devices for drill pipes. Applications for all the aforementioned patents were filed in 2018 and granted in 2019; ownership transfers were finalized in 2024. The patent rights currently remain stable and valid, with the annual fees for the sixth year having been paid in full. These patented technologies span the entire value chain of drill pipes-from manufacturing and processing to associated tooling and final product application-thereby providing robust technical support and comprehensive intellectual property protection for the company's R&D, production, and quality enhancement initiatives regarding its drill pipes and complementary drill rig products.
