For custom products, we ask for 50% deposit and 50% balance payment. We offer discounts for large orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. We do not offer long-term warranties. The air cut off grinder is a wear part. If customers have quality issues, they can contact us. We give fair compensation for special cases. For transport damage, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. Samples are not free.
