Quzhou Shenjian Machinery Factory was established in 2003. Our factory covers 12 mu of land. We have 30 employees on our team. Our main products include DTH drill rigs, drill pipes, and air legs. We also make pneumatic grinding tools. The pneumatic cut off grinder is our multi-functional tool. It works for both cutting and grinding operations. This machine has an oscillation diameter of 2.5 millimeters. The grinding disc comes in three sizes. Users can choose 100 millimeters, 125 millimeters, or 150 millimeters. They can pick the right disc size for their working conditions. This product gives you two functions in one machine.

 

 

We have a complete production system in our factory. We have 30 CNC lathes, 3 milling machines, 2 friction welding machines, 1 machining center, and 1 steel pipe upsetting machine. The housing and internal rotor of the pneumatic cut off grinder are machined on CNC lathes. This ensures dimensional accuracy and assembly stability. We hold 12 national utility model patents. The drill rod surface burr grinding device gives us technical reference for our pneumatic tool design. We do not have a full R&D team. But our mature equipment and years of experience ensure product quality. This product is built with precision and care.

 

 

For standard products, we ask for 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. For custom products, we ask for 50% deposit and 50% balance. We offer discounts for large orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. We allow mixed orders. Different models or sizes can go in one order. For standard products, our delivery time is usually within one week. For custom products, the delivery time depends on the customer's drawings. We communicate with customers throughout production. This ensures we deliver on time. We send pictures for customer confirmation after production. Repeat orders have about the same delivery time as the first order.

 

We do not offer long-term warranties. The pneumatic cut off grinder is a wear part. For special cases, we give fair compensation. If goods are damaged during transport, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. We support OEM orders. Customers can send drawings for production. Samples are available but not free. The minimum order quantity depends on the drawings. Customers can contact us online if they need to adjust disc diameter or oscillation parameters. We will evaluate the feasibility based on the requirements.
