For standard products, we ask for 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. For custom products, we ask for 50% deposit and 50% balance. We offer discounts for large orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. We allow mixed orders with different disc diameters in one order. For standard products, our delivery time is usually within one week. For custom products, the delivery time depends on the drawings. We communicate with customers throughout production. This ensures we deliver on time. We send pictures for customer confirmation after production. Repeat orders have about the same delivery time as the first order.

 

We do not offer long-term warranties. The air grinder polisher is a wear part. For special cases, we give fair compensation. If goods are damaged during transport, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. We support OEM and ODM orders. Customers can send drawings for production. Samples are available but not free. The minimum order quantity depends on the drawings. Customers with special polishing requirements can contact us online. We will provide suggestions based on the actual situation.
