The delivery time for repeat orders is about the same as the first order.

We handle all after-sales service online. Customers can get technical support through online channels. Our products are wear parts. We do not offer long-term warranties. For special cases, we give fair compensation. If goods are damaged during transport, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. We support OEM and ODM orders. Customers can send drawings for production. We can make samples, but samples are not free. The minimum order quantity depends on the drawings.
