The product is one of our early core products. We call it the 70B Electric model. This drill rig is small and light. One person can carry it alone. We do not have a full R&D team at our factory. But we hold 12 national utility model patents. These patents cover drill rod clamping tools, rod welding clamps, and adjustable-length rods. The maximum drilling depth is 20 meters. The rock hardness range is F=6 to 20. We tested this rig at a fluorite mine in Zhejiang Province. The rock there was very hard. Old drill rods broke often in these conditions. But our 70B Electric rods worked for three full days without breaking. The mine owner then ordered 10 more units of this small portable electric DTH drill rig.

We test every machine before shipment. We run power tests and listen to the sound of the motor. This tells us if the machine runs well. We do not offer third-party inspection services. We do not do 100% full inspection on every unit. Our products are mostly spare parts and wear parts. We do not have full-time after-sales staff. We answer all service questions online. We do not offer long-term warranties. But we give fair compensation for special cases. We support OEM orders. Customers can send us drawings for custom sizes. We can make samples, but samples are not free. The minimum order quantity depends on the drawings. These terms are clear and open for our distributors.
