We produce this drill pipe using 40Cr alloy steel. The nominal outer diameter is 64 millimeters. The length options are 1 meter, 2 meters, or 3 meters. Customers can choose the length they need. The wall thickness is 7 millimeters. The torsional strength is 4500 N·m or higher. This matrix drill pipe delivers high strength for demanding drilling conditions.

We do not have a full R&D team at our factory. But we hold 12 national patents. Several of these patents cover adjustable-length drill rods and drill rig reducers. We apply these technologies to the design of the matrix drill pipe. For custom products, we ask for 50% deposit and 50% balance payment. We offer discounts for large orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. We allow mixed orders. Different models or sizes can go in one order. Our products are used in deep-hole blasting and complex stratum drilling. The matrix drill pipe has high torsional strength. It works well with high-torque drill rigs. We do not offer long-term warranties. The drill pipe is a wear part. If customers have product issues, they can contact us. We give fair compensation for special cases. For transport damage, we advise customers to contact the shipping company. We do not accept third-party inspections. Samples are available but not free.
